The tattoo star, Kat Von D, was furious at the crews for interviewing her.

Thursday morning did not turn out so well for Kat Von D. Her famous tattoo shop High Voltage in West Hollywood was damaged due to a fire. Authorities received reports of flames and smoke coming out from her shop around 4 a.m. It took around 50 firefighters to extinguish the fire by 4:30 a.m. However Vons shop suffered serious damage. The authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire.

The fire aside, the incident further highlighted the fact that Von took her frustration out on the local reporters who were just doing their job. In a video by TMZ, Von could be seen running after news crews and pushing their cameras. Nevertheless Von put up quite a show for the audience no matter what we think about her actions.

The ‘LA Ink’ star uttered harsh words to the camera personnel and even knocked a camerawoman’s hat. Even when the LA County Sheriff’s Department deputies told her to stop her foolish acts, she paid no heed to it and carried on. It seemed as if the ‘LA Ink’ star was in no mood to listen. Yes, we understand Miss Von that you must be going through a difficult time but taking out your frustration on the cameramen will not do you any good.

Von’s shop High Voltage became famous from her reality TV show on TLC, ‘LA Ink’ which was filmed in the store. Prior to this Kat Von D had lost her Hollywood Hills home and cat to a fire in 2010. Well maybe this could justify Vons actions earlier in the day.

We deeply grieve at your loss, Von and understand what you must be going through. However it does not mean that you can justify your actions since the reporters were just doing their job.
