The 40-inch Element ELEFW408 LED TV features include 60Hz, 3 HDMI ports and digital tuner.

Walmart lists the 40-inch Element ELEFW408 online at walmart.com now for $115.

The other $115 40-inch LED TV model is the Emerson LF401EM5.
