Jennifer Lawrence isn’t fond of singing and insisted that she wanted to lip sync to the song. The director convinced her to sing eventually but he claims that Jennifer cried before doing her singing bit.

So we now know this that Jennifer is horrified about singing. May be she’s seen too many great singers in her time that she felt that she didn’t had it in her to sing in a big movie. May be she thought she would mess her part up in the movie. That actress insisted that she wanted to do a lip sync to Lorde’s voice.

But in the end the director somehow convinced the Oscar winning star and made her sing “The Hanging Tree”. The song was written by the Lumineers and the director made sure that her star actress sounded good in the track.

Jennifer Lawrence once claimed that she didn’t like to sing and that she sounded like a tone deaf Amy Winehouse. The director even went on to hire a singing coach for Jennifer but he claims that Jennifer didn’t take a lot of help from the coach.

The director said that when Jennifer decided that she didn’t wanted to do the coaching; he thought that they would require doing a big of pitch shifting. But at the end the director says that she sounded great. Now her track has made it to the internet and people can go on and search for the track.

She sings the song as she is rallying troops in the rebellion. The song eventually becomes like an anthem in the movie. She said that once she starts to sing, she sounds like a dear had been caught in a fence. The director made her do her vocal training a whole day.

He said that Jennifer wasn’t pleased because of his request. The track was composed by James Newton Howard and it was arranged by the popular The Lumineers. When you hear the three minute folk song, you would see that her voice eventually gets drowned out louder strings and a large choir.

Forbes is tipping the movie to earn big bucks. They think that the movie is going to earn $17 million on Thursday. The director said that in the end, it was all Jennifer in the soundtrack and they didn’t need to do pitch shifting at all. The actress said that she didn’t like to sing in front of people and that is why she was horrified.

The actress claims that she still hasn’t heard her track but people tell her that she sounds great. She thought that her director was eventually going to get Lorde to sing it but he never did. Liam Hermsworth and Josh Hutcherson were joking and they said that she sounded like one of those goats that screams like a human or a dog that’s been hit by a truck.
