The DNA Vault is just a thumb-sized device that has both digital memory and DNA storage wells on which the DNA is saved. And this innovative device will be launched at CES 2015.

All you need to do is put a tiny drop of blood on the patented material that is contained in the DNA wells. The wells than saves your entire genome for many years at room temperature. Moreover no germs or bacteria can reach your DNA as they are instantly killed and so there is no chance of any biohazard concern.

Why is it important to save DNA or why should one save DNA? Such questions will appear in people's minds when they will see the launch of DNA Vault at CES 2015. Well it is simple and we will explain it to you. Recent research in this phenomenon has shown that DNA changes in response to one’s daily exposure to pollution, the suns radiation, chemicals, food additives, cigarettes (see they are bad for health) and even stress. Now this change in DNA is associated with disease.

So by storing your DNA at regular intervals through your life, you create a very valuable and important DNA history. This history than helps the doctors to diagnose and treat diseases later in one’s life plus this DNA history can be very useful for your children and future generations. Research also has it that the best time to store one’s DNA is at the time of birth as it is the purest at that time.

GENiSYSS, who is going to showcase its innovative tech device at CES 2015, was founded by Richard A. Brownell of Lompoc, California. His experience is over 40 years working with the Air Force and aerospace companies McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, and United Launch Alliance. Co-founders of the company include William R. Anderson who was the CEO of applied Magnetics and Mitchell B. Frey who was the mechanical engineer for the Mars Rover program.

Nowadays study of DNA has become very important and this importance is being stressed by doctors, scientists and biologists. So how can the corporate sector stay behind on this? Today Google, Amazon and Microsoft are competing to see who will store the invaluable information that DNA provides.
