  • Xperia Z3 and Z3 compact on CES
  • Android TV - super slim

The teaser trailer is a slightly odd collection of scenes including a chameleon, a time-lapse of the Paris skyline and a pregnant woman.

Each year the CES brings tons to satisfy our tech appetite and as the event approaching nearer, we cant wait o find out what’s in store for us this time. All tech companies are doing their part and teasing the things they are going to be revealing at the international trade show and Sony has been doing its part well and has recently given us a rather sneaky peek into whatever it is planning to unveil in Las Vegas.

Their teaser trailer has been posted on Youtube and is basically combined of some odd scenes which include a chameleon, a time-lapse of the Paris skyline and a pregnant woman. This is a lot for a thought process considering its coming from a company such as Sony and we are all left wondering what these things could possibly mean. Though the images are depicted as rather cryptic, at some points we can figure out what really is going on. For instance the part where the woman pushing floor five in a lift followed is immediately followed by a girl with a lollipop and right here only one thing comes to our mind which is the Android Lollipop.

With these indications we can most likely get news on when the likes of Xperia Z3 and Z3 Compact are going to get their updates. However, the big thing on the event is certainly going to be Sony’s Android TV. It has already been revealed that Sony is going to launch a Lollipop-powered goggle box in 2015 and there could be no better platform than the CES 2015 to show off the developments on this one. The video has secretively dropped some other hints too and we have derived that this box could be a super slim development.

Some people are also of the view that the Xperia Z4 would also show up at the trade show but we cannot trace any reasonable links to this one. The video does show a faint rectangular object in the reflection of an eye but it would be wide to wait and watch.
