Automobile smart technology will certainly be one of the new innovations that event goers will see at the International Consumer Electronics Show this week in Las Vegas. One of those auto companies that will be displaying their new tech is the internationally known, Hyundai. Voice recognition to wearable devices and smartphone apps will be just a few of the new innovations that Hyundai plans on showcasing this week at CES 2015.

Hyundai will be set up at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the South Hall and will have a booth number of 2818. New heads-up display systems are one thing that Hyundai will be displaying at CES 2015. The new display system for the Hyundai will give a person speed control updates, blind spot detection, and the new forward collision technology that has started to become popular in the future of automobiles. Hyundai is also setting up their future vehicles with new connectivity ports. A person will be able to hook their smartphones and other mobile devices up to the car and they will be able to get warnings, blind spot warnings, advanced GPS and turn by turn navigation, and even alerts to where the nearest gas stations may be.

One innovation that is certainly to capture the imagination with Hyundai is their 3-D hand gesture control feature. Hyundai calls it their new Cockpit Concept. There will be sensors in cars and with just the wave of a hand or face and head gesture, a person will be able to turn on and off their radio and air conditioners and be able to change channels on the radio. Hyundai says this allows a person to be able to do those things and not have to worry about taking their eyes off of the road. Then Hyundai’s Advanced Driver Controls will allow for a car to be parked automatically and allow for automatic speed control and warnings of road conditions ahead.

The International Consumer Electronics Show 2015 starts on Tuesday, January, 6th and goes until Friday, January 9th, 2015.
