Don't Miss: This How to find Fingerlings in Stock

Facebook is not accessible. Large services are down apparently due to the snow storm on the east coast.

Europe woke up to find Facebook and Instagram down. Apparently the snow storm on the east coast has knocked out major Internet infrastructure points. The top trending hashtag on Twitter is #facebookdown as Twitter is not affected by the outage.

The general internet health seems to fine with just a couple nodes with critical delays. The outage of Facebook and Instagram must be related to a specific failure of critical infrastructure that both services share.

Facebook down means you have time to reflect and and take a break from checking what your friends are up to.

Update: And Facebook is back. The minimalist "Service Unavailable" message is gone and I seem my time line again. The social media world is here again.

Update: Instagram is accessible again. Thank god, else I would have missed this Kim Kardashian Side-Boob moment.
