The Blizzard 2015 has fallen short of predictions.

As day breaks on the east coast the Blizzard aka Snowmageddon has been downgraded to a winter storm by the National Weather service. So you can come out of your holes again. It just snowed. There will be still major distractions caused by the snow storm that brought about a foot of snow.

New York is just not a used to snow like a Lake Tahoe.

New York major told CNN: "We thought we were going to get something a lot bigger. We're going to quickly get back to normal here in New York City."
