The upcoming HTC One M9 is going to be announced at the MWC

HTC and Samsung are both slated to make their important announcements for their respective flagships for this year on Sunday and with the HTC One M9 and the Samsung Galaxy S6, this is looks like it’s going to be huge. As far as the One M9 is concerned, the company confirmed in its announcement last week, that the flagship will be coming in at this year’s MWC event. But it appears that HTC Ireland has been quite psyched about the whole release thing and in their excitement they might have spilled more beans than were expected prior to the MWC.

The new teaser video posted on Twitter hints towards a better sound system which is making the rounds these days on the internet and it pretty much looks like the ‘best thing’ about the One M9. The teaser says, “Get your hands on bigger boom.”

Though we have gotten our hint but the video hasn’t done much as far as revealing is concerned but we can be sure about one thing that the phone is going to have very loud speakers. Another report previously released had also suggested that HTC has paired with Dolby Laboratories in order to pack Dolby 5.1 audio technology into the One M9.

The phone as we already know will be announced on March 1st and so far we have heard of two variants – there is going to be One M9 (with a 5-inch 1080p display), and One M9 Plus(with a 5.2-inch Quad HD display). It appears likely that both these variants are going to accompany the new improved BoomSound speakers but still this news will be confirmed after the phone is officially revealed at the event. We only know so far that HTC has upped its speakers game but we are not yet sure how exactly the company has accommodated further enhancements.

The HTC One M9 is going to run the Sense 7 along with the company’s custom built Android version. It will be powered with Snapdragon 810 processor, Adreno 430 and will have 3 GB of RAM along with 32 GB of storage space.
