A new report says that Apple CEO Tim Cook told an Apple Store employees in Germany that he wears the Apple Watch while taking a shower.

The Apple Watch is water-resistant, but that can mean many things. Now a report surfaced that Apple CEO Tim Cook while visiting Germany has told Apple Store employees that he wears the Apple Watch all the time even in the shower.

The Apple Watch electronics are completely covered in resin. Apple has revealed that. You could still though get fog inside the glass, but apparently Tim Cook has not that problem.

Tim Cook also confirmed that he has to take it off every night to recharge it. Which of course kills the ability to use the Apple Watch as a silent alarm that taps your wrist.

A selfie that Tim Cook posted on social media proofs that he was meeting with Apple Store employees in Germany.

Tim Cook made these statements in a Berlin Apple Store according for some reason a French blog (via 9to5Mac).

The Apple Watch is set to be released in April starting at $349.

Apple reportedly ordered 5 million Apple Watch units from its suppliers for the launch. The distribution of the order over the 34 combinations must be difficult. Apple has still not revealed the pricing for the Apple Watch and the Apple Watch Edition collections.
The Apple Watch is predicted to become a success right out of the gate, marginalizing existing smartwatches. Apple has though then still to proof that the Apple Watch goes beyond its massive early adopter consumer base into the mainstream.
The main drivers for the adoption of the Apple Watch are its communication features including sending taps and emojis. Apple had to make cuts in the health and fitness features as current technology did not live up to Apple's quality standards.
