Enjoy new 3D titles, support for more camera formats and numerous other tools

Apple has finally decided to update is movie-making software tools. The Final Cut Pro X, Motion and Compressor pro are all getting various improvements which can ultimately support the new camera hardware. In addition to this, we are talking about some interesting 3D animation resources and effects features. The update is meant to make things easier for the serious filmmakers who can now build their content around various ways.

Final Cut Pro 10.2 has new tools now which include 3D title drag-and-drop creation tools and some bundle templates which will make things very easy and sophisticated for the movie makers. Templates come complete with their own backgrounds and animations but users are allowed to edit the material as they please. Apart from the lighting, tweaks can be made to lighting, edges and other aspects of the 3D titles they create and the changes will be applied in real time.

Final Cut Pro 10.2 can now support up to four video scope views all at the same time and allows you to experiment with some additional video formats. It also brings more support for RED RAW files ensuring that the process is sped up when it comes to transcoding, rendering and playback. All this has been made possible with some extra GPU acceleration.

As far as Motion 5.2 is concerned, it has more or less the same improvements for 3D title building and brings along 12 new generator effects. The Compressor 4.2 on the other hand has improved ways of getting movies out for sale on iTunes and lets users build an iTunes Store Package which you can transfer directly to an iTunes Delivery partner.
