Kim Richards isn’t taking a back seat even after being arrested for Public Intoxication!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Kim Richards is determined not to stay inside. Richards was recently photographed outside of her home by the paparazzi on Thursday afternoon. The sighting took place only hours after the reality TV star was arrested for public intoxication, according to People.

Richards was wearing casual clothes and was seen entering her car while dangling various possessions such as her cell phone and bag. The surprising part was seeing a glass of some sort of beverage with ice in her hand. Whether the glass was alcohol or not is not clear but Richards seemed to be hiding her face as she was supporting both a baseball cap and glasses on her face.

Earlier in the day the 50 year old Richards was taken into the custody of the Beverly Hills Police after the reality star was involved in a possible fight. The fight took place around 1:30 am in the afternoon at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

When Richards was arrested it was reported she was under the influence of alcohol and was exhibiting classical signs such as blurred speech and cursing. Richards even tried to resist the arrest and kicked a Police officer according to the statement provided by the Beverly Hills Police department.

Richards was however released at 10:30 am after being booked for Public intoxication and other minor alterations. A source related to Richards family previously reported Richards has been behaving quite erratically and has been a mess for some time now. The reality star previously entered rehab due to her alcohol addiction in 2011 and alleged she has been clean ever since, which was apparently a lie.

Richards co-stars on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills sent her messages of support on the social media platform on Thursday.
