The marketing images show the phone under a running tap

Want to own a smartphone which you can take with you while you go for some fun at a water park but cant think of any which you would fancy buying? We surely have something for you. The new Cubot X10 is definitely the most interesting phone you would have seen in ages and at least it breaks through the customary chains with not its ruggedness but the very elegant waterproof design. The name might not sound so appealing and Cutout has been missing in action this year but their comeback seems to be amazing with the X10.

Many other brands have taken the lead now and competition remains fierce as ever but the company is finally moving to make things better and improve their brand image. Even without getting to know the innards of the phone some of us might be convinced that it is the best looking phone we have set our eyes on. However, this wont be necessary because the features of the phone are pretty impressive too.

The phone is prepared around an alloy frame and it seems to have a fancy glass front and has a rear thickness of only 7.1mm. The water resistance comes from the smart design of the phone which has been made from a unibody and hence provides a seal and makes it difficult for the water to get to the inside of the phone. So far there are no details on how much waterproof the phone is going to be but we can bet that it’s going to be great because the marketing images show the phone sitting under a running tap. The phone comes at a reasonable price of $160.
