Sony Xperia Z4 Smartphone unveiled in Japan

Sony Mobile took the wraps off the new Sony Xperia Z4.

Sony is not giving up on the smartphone market and released a new flagship smartphone today in Japan with the Xperia Z4. The 6.9mm thin Z4 has a 5.2inch full HD screen and is constructed with an aluminum frame.

Z4 Front

The main camera has high 20.7MP sensor and the front camera has with a 5.1MP sensor with Exmor R an enhanced performance for better quality selfies. Other features of the Android 5.0 phone include 2GHz, 64-bit Octa Core CPU (Qualcomm Snapdragon 810), 32GB Storage, 3GB RAM, IPX5 / IPX8 Waterproof, IP6X dust-proof and 2,930mAh battery with 17h 3G talk time.

Z4 Back

The Sony Xperia Z4 will launch later this summer in four colors. If Sony will bring the Xperia Z4 to markets to outside of Japan is not known. The Z4 shines with its high performance cameras, CPU and that it is water proof. This is though not enough to make the Xperia Z4 a threat to the Samsung Galaxy S6.
