Black Widow Movie Trailer Dropped SNL Style

There is no Black Widow movie on the Marvel schedule just yet. SNL beat Marvel to the punch and released a Black Widow Movie Trailer staring Scarlett Johansson.

Scarlett Johansson hosted SNL on the weekend and she kills making fun of her Black Widow character in a Black Widow Movie. The trailer has her moving to New York and intern at a fashion magazine. She shares her flat with a couple of other Marvel heroes including a gay Thor.

In the Black Widow trailer Natasha Romanova falls in love with Ultron. The romance did not last very long and ends in disaster.

Fans of Black Widow long called for a Black Widow movie. Marvel though only said that they are thinking about it. There is no official word yet. Black Widows plays a big role in The Avengers: Age of Ultron that got released this weekend. The new Avengers movie opened at an estimated $187m domestically, making it the second biggest opening of all time. It only got beaten by the first Avengers movie, which is a surprise to industry insiders.

Black Widow will be back in 2016 in the next Captian America movie. Last week Mark Ruffalo (Hulk) called out Marvel that there is not enough Black Widow merchandise.

According to Marvel, Natasha Romanova, aka Black Widow is an expert spy, athlete, and assassin. Trained at a young age by the KGB's infamous Red Room Academy, the Black Widow was formerly an enemy to the Avengers. She later became their ally after breaking out of the U.S.S.R.'s grasp, and also serves as a top S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. The Black Widow first appeared in a Marvel comic back in 1964.
