The production Oculus Rift builds on the presence, immersion, and comfort of the current Crescent Bay prototype with an improved tracking system that supports both seated and standing experiences, as well as a refined industrial design, and updated ergonomics for a more natural fit.

Oculus VR leads the current wave of VR solutions, but might get leaped by Microsoft's HoloLens. For once Microsoft might be first to market with an innovative product. The augmented reality approach has likely a broader mass market appeal and actually will change how we work with computers.
