Bezel-less Sony Lavender E55 Leaks

Samsung went overboard with bezel-less design with the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. The future is though bezel-less design. Sony's upcoming Lavender phone seems to achive that based on a leak schematic.

The Sony Lavender is a new upcoming mid-range "selfie" phone in the E55 series. Upleaks published a schematic of the Sony Lavender that shows a bezel-less design. A wide screen bezel makes smartphones look dated. The thinner the bezel the cooler the look of a phone. Samsung went overboard with the Galaxy S6 Edge extended the screen beyond the edges. A flat screen that ends at the edge of case is the holy grail these days. The display technology is the barrier in achieving full bezel-less design. Screen technology already cam a long way, but we are still not quite there.

Other information about the Sony Lavender that leaked include MediaTek MT6752 64Bit 1.7GHz Octa-Core, 2GB RAM, FHD Display(Display size unknown but bigger than Xperia C4, Front/Main Camera 13MP(Sony IMX214), Support Dual SIM(some models) and Android 5.0.

A highlight of the new Sony Lavender is the high resolution front camera. When Sony will reveal this new "Selfie" phone is not clear yet.
