The creator of the show Mike Judge also worked as a programmer at the start of his career. The hit series was greatly inspired by his personal experiences. The comedy series consisted of eight episodes in the season 1. The second season had ten episodes till the present date.

The season 2 finale episode aired on 14thof June, Sunday. Silicon Valley creator Mike Judge talked about the fate of the characters associated with the lawsuit and the discrimination done between the male and female stars. He said that the female characters on the show can benefit from better storylines.

The highlight of the second season was a lawsuit filed by the tech giant Hooli. The legal battle was smartly handled by privately resolving the dispute instead of going to court. The story got more interesting when the guys were celebrating their victory and Thomas Middleditch received a phone call.

Raviga's Monica informed him that he was getting removed from the CEO-ship of his own company by the VC. Middleditch jokingly said that he made sure that he was not going to be dropped off from the show. Mike also assured that he was definitely included in the next season.

While talking about keeping the subject matter interesting he told THR that the story was not an easy one to work upon. The characters were to remain as underdogs and there are many instances in the real tech world from which the ideas for the season were drawn.

He added that many of the people in the tech world become empty handed from being billionaires. According to judge they do not want to frustrate the audience and try to keep the plot funny. The little victory at the end of the season finale definitely added a positive vibe to the stressed minds on the show.
