Sony unveils Verizon-exclusive Xperia Z4v

Xperia Z4v will be Verizon exclusive and will be available soon in US

Sony has gone ‘big red’ with its Verizon exclusive variant of its latest flagship Sony Xperia Z4 dubbed the Sony Xperia Z4v. The Xperia Z4v was announced a few weeks after the global announcement of the Xperia Z4 and brings forward some welcome improvements.

Running into the specs reveals that the new Verizon exclusive Xperia Z4v features a 5.2 inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440) resolution with Triluminous display technology, a 64 bit Snapdragon 810 processor comprising four 1.5 GHz cores and four 2 GHz cores, 3 GB of Ram, 32 GB of internal storage with the option of expanding memory to 128 GB via microSD card, a 3000mAh battery and running on the latest version of Android,OS Lollipop.

Camera wise the Xperia Z4v features a 20.7 MP rear camera coupled with a 5.1 MP front facing camera. Connectivity wise the Xperia Z4v features 3G, 4G, Wi-fi, Bluetooth, NFC and A-GPS. It also features a built in Qi and PMA wireless charging support. It comes in two color variants, black and white. Pricing is yet to be announced for the Sony Xperia Z4v by Verizon and Sony.
