Reality star Kourtney Kardashian will legally stop her ex Scott Disick from making money out of the Kardashian name.

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star is reportedly determined not to allow her former boyfriend - who she split from last week after nine years of dating - to make money from his connections to her famous family and even wants him to sign a legal document agreeing not to endorse anything using the Kardashian name.

A source said: "Kourtney is determined he won't continue to make money off the back of her family's name.

"She's told her mum Kris that she wants Scott off the reality series and wants to get a legal contract to stop him using the Kardashian name to endorse any products."

The 36-year-old beauty - who has kids Mason, five, Penelope, three, and six-month-old Reign with Scott - is "devastated" by the break-up but she knows the relationship isn't "good" for her and she no longer wants anything to do with the 32-year-old model.

The source added to Closer magazine: "She's devastated as there's a part of her that still loves Scott but she needs to let him go now.

"She knows she'll have to be in regular touch with him because of the kids, but aside from being civil, she wants nothing to do with him."
