Amazon Announces Prime Day Deals on Twitter

Amazon's #PrimeDay is trending No. 1 Twitter.

Amazon has launched the Prime Day sale at midnight and now as morning breaks most consumers will hit the online sale. Amazon has started to post hot Prime Deals on Twitter.

Amazon is using the hashtag #HappyPrimeDay, but that did not catch on. The No. 1 trending hashtag in the US is #PrimeDay. During the night Twitter had a field day making fun of the sale. Now #PrimeDay got a bit more serious as shoppers try to find the best Prime Day deals.

The latest Prime Day deal Amazon announced on Twitter is a 77% discount on the Lord of the Rings Trilogy on Blu-ray. The list price is $119.99 and Prime members can pick this Blu-ray box set up for $27.99.

Just before hitting publish on this report, Amazon tweeted $50 off deal on the Amazon Echo.

We expect that Amazon will announce the highly anticipated $75 32-inch TV and $115 40-inch TV deals on Twitter. It is worthwhile to follow Amazon on Twitter to get a chance on getting this deal.

Amazon Prime members will be able to shop thousands of Lightning Deals, Deals of the Day, and will receive unlimited Free Two-Day Shipping. Members will find deals starting at midnight PDT tonight, with new deals starting throughout the day, as often as every ten minutes.

We will report about the best Prime Day deals as soon as they appear throughout Prime Day. We will also provide deals guides of Walmart online sale that is competing with the Amazon Prime Day today.
