Converse updates the legendary Chuck sneaker after 98 years the first time. The Chuck Taylor II looks the same but is much more comfortable to wear thanks to Nike technology.

Converse updates the Chucks after 98 years. Nike owned Converse did not change the look of the Chuck, but improved the inside.

The Limited Edition and collectible Chuck Taylor All Star II sneakers are now on pre-sale for $75 online on Converse.com.

Each pair is individually numbered and delivered in exclusive, Limited Edition packaging. Order now before they’re gone. Limit one pair per order.

The improvements in the Chuck 2 include a Lunarlon Sockliner for more cushioning and arch support.

The Chuck II has a padded non-slip tongue for 360 degree comfort around the ankle and instep.

Converse also added super soft micro-suede lining perforated for maximized comfort.

The improvements sound great and will make the Chuck Taylor All Star II a new classic sneaker for the next 100 years.
