ZTE launches Axon, Axon Lux and a Smartwatch

ZTE has come up with its new lineup of secure smartphones and a smartwatch running Tencent OS

ZTE has announced a trio of Axon smartphones and smartwatch in China. Axon was first launched in USA and is hoping to make a buzz in the Chinese Market.

It was announced during a major event at the Water Cube in Beijing alongside the Axon Watch and the Spro 2 savvy projector. ZTE with its Axon wants to steer its way into the firm rivalry in China for cell phones by offering elements ordinarily connected with higher-end extravagant Smartphones like voice control capacities, Corning's Antimicrobial Gorilla Glass.

ZTE Axon is powered by Snapdragon 810 processor along with 3GB of RAM and a 1080p 5.5" display. It comes with 32GB expandable memory and comes with a 3000 mAh battery.

The ZTE Axon Lux on the other hand is powered by the same Snapdragon 810 processor along with hefty 4GB RAM and a Quad HD 5.5" display. It also accompanies 128GB internal memory which is more than enough for a smartphone. The network alternatives incorporate GPS/Beidou/Glonass, Micro-USB, Bluetooth 4.0, double band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, and 4G LTE support.

ZTE Axon Lux houses a double lens (13-megapixel + 2-megapixel) back camera with double LED flash, an 8-megapixel front camera with an 88-degree wide-point lens. It supports dual SIM, and features three or more biometric verification alternatives for security.

Measuring 154x75x9.3mm, the ZTE Axon Lux is powered by a 3000mAh battery. A finger print scanner is additionally included in the handset that can record up to five fingerprints at once and include the same eye scan feature like Axon.

Apart from the phones, Axon has taken the wraps off from the Axon Watch too.
