Chinese Smartphone maker OnePlus landed a huge success with the new OnePlus 2.

Chinese smartphone startup OnePlus unveiled their second phone a week ago. Today the company revealed that the company has 2 million orders for the OnePlus 2. This is impressive despite the use of an invitation system.

OnePlus unveiled the new OnePlus 2 high-end smartphone priced at affordable $329 (16GB version). The 64GB OnePlus 2 has a $389 price-tag.

For the money you get a lot of performance and features. The highlights of the OnePlus 2 are 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Octa-Core CPU with 1.8Ghz, Adreno 430 GPU, Fingerprint sensor, 5.5-inch full HD IPS screen and 13MP camera.

The OnePlus 2 runs on OxygenOS based on Android 5.1. The OxygenOS enhances Android with off-screen gestures, customizable button and themes, improved keyboard, app permissions and improved audio with Waves MaxxAudio technology.

The carrier-unlocked phone comes with a wide range band support for service providers worldwide. The dual SIM capability allows to use two networks simultaneously, ideal for travelers.
