Microsoft Releases Outlook Email App for Apple Watch

Microsoft updated two important apps today. The Microsoft Outlook and the translator have been updated. The update will allow the apps to run on the smart-watches. Smart-watches such as both Apple smart-watch and Android smart-watch will have the apps.

Microsoft outlook can now be accessed through the Apple watches. The update for the iOS version added the smart-watch functionality. The update will allow users to quickly glance at their inbox from the smart-watch.

Pre-written replies, emoji and voice dictation could all be sent via the email in the Outlook app. Apple smart-watch owners can even get custom notifications and schedule items.

The Outlook for iOS and Android was first released back in January. Even though the Apple Watch has its own built in mail. People prefer the Outlook app for sending emails. People prefer Outlook because of its advanced features.

Especially features such as attachments from cloud services and quick filters are more preferable. Features such as calendar integrations for easy meeting scheduling. Variety of Mailbox-like swipe gestures for triage are also likable. The availability of a focused inbox and custom notifications are also a plus point.

The Outlook app can even work with Gmail, iCloud and Yahoo Mail, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange. The quick replying feature of the Outlook from the Smart-watch is the most desirable.

The selection of a quick reply or an emoji makes it the preferred choice for email on smart-watch. The inbox can also be managed from the Apple smart-watch. Mails can be archives, flagged or deleted from the app. A widget on the Apple smart-watch is also available. The widget provides a small glance into the mailbox.
