Samsung Shows Off Gear S2 In A New Video

Tizen powered Gear S2 looks promising

Samsung fans have been anticipating for another smartwatch to be released by the company. The Korean giant was expected to reveal one during Mobile World Congress 2015 in March.

However that didn't happen. A week ago amid its occasion for Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ Samsung announced that its new smartwatch will be reported one month from now.

However the company isn't going to let a chance to tease this smartwatch go to waste.

There have been incalculable bits of gossip and reports about the Gear S2. Samsung Gear S2 is the expected round-faced watch coming up.

Samsung's first round smartwatch is expected to come in two distinct sizes. It may also have a pivoting bezel ring. Samsung today released a teaser video which doesn't uncover much about the upcoming smartwatch.

The teaser is engaged principally on the UI. It is displaying distinctive parts of what future owners will be relying on.

That incorporates the heart rate monitor, dozens of watch faces, the climate, fitness tracking abilities, a circular app launcher, menu and, obviously, the clock.

It's a short video, yet it closes with another tease, "Berlin 09.03.2015." This appears to be a hint that Samsung is anticipating to speak more about the Gear S2 at IFA in Berlin on September 3.

If you notice the video very carefully, you will be able to see the pre-loaded apps. These include a calling app, messaging app, Settings, Nike+ Running, S Health, Calendar, Weather and S Voice.

Some rumors have confirmed that Gear S2 will have a dual core Exynos 3472 processor, 768MB RAM and 4GB internal memory.

The battery is said to gauge in at 250mAh. There will be a circular Super AMOLED display. The Gear S2 is more likely running Samsung's Tizen OS, not Android Wear.

All of the gossips and news seems very exciting. Let us wait till Samsung teases us with more
