Torrent Trackers Have Apparently Started To Ban Windows 10

Torrent trackers have serious security concerns in Windows 10

Windows 10 users are generally satisfied with its working. But, if you use torrents, than there is a risk that your torrent tracker could have banned Windows 10.

This is indicated by a report from TorrentFreak. It reports that because of security concerns, there are some torrent trackers who have banned the OS.

It should be kept in mind that since the release, Windows 10 has faced serious privacy issues. One of those torrent trackers is iTS.

Trackers have explained that Microsoft has been disavowing any kind of privacy or data protection.

According to them there is also an anti-piracy company called MarkMonitor which has an access to Microsoft’s data.

Windows 10 sends the contents of its users local disks directly to one of their servers. iTS also said that it is a very serious threat to their site.

That is the reason iTS had to ban Windows 10. For the individuals who are new, Microsoft has just updated its EULA. Such updates do happen now and then.

The most recent update suggests that Microsoft is able to constantly monitor your computer for potential pirated apps. It can even disable them.

Granted privacy is very wrong on Windows part. But it is easy to understand why people are feeling that this is an invasion of their privacy.

On the other hand, it should be noted that Windows 10 is working with MarkMonitor from quite a long time.

However, there is no official evidence that Microsoft is leaking any sort of data. Other torrent trackers, for example, BB and FSC are additionally considering to ban Windows too.

So , just in the event that you use any of these trackers and you have Windows 10, you may need to observe that.
