So who hasn’t loved playing with the blocks in their childhood? Leave childhood behind many adults too love playing with blocks without any discretion. Building things up with blocks has been a hobby of almost every kid. It is the first thing that many kids will ever learn. Our entire world has been shaped due to the magnificent skills that people learned from bloc k building. From homes to high rise building everywhere the concepts of blocks is utilized.

For the last many decades’ people had to use physical blocks made out of plastic and other materials to make things out of their imagination. In today’s world where everything is going digital everything needs to be digitalized slowly.

Our books and games all were digitalized a long time ago, but a few years back someone thought about making the most basic thing that kids love digital. Yes they made blocks into a digital game. This game came to be known as Minecraft and the world loved this simple and elegant game. The game due to its simplicity was a hit all around the world and people started making wonders with their imagination in this game.

Earlier it was available on computer but now its smartphone version has been released. Now anyone having a smartphone can enjoy this simple yet amazing game no matter where they are.


  • The Game was developed by “Mojang” the very company which created the original game for the computers and other consoles. 
  • The current version on the game varies from device to device and console to console.
  • The download size for this game is a bit heavy but once downloaded you will enjoy the game fully.
  • The game costs around $7 on the app stores which to some is a lot but for many it is a fair bargain for such a game.

In Use

  1. The smartphone version of the game is a bit simple as compared to the computer version. The development is still in initial stages. Still the game lets you enjoy the small world fully. 
  2. The world is not so big and you could navigate all around the world within no time. You are free to build anything with the selected resources that are at your disposal. You could not gather resources, craft items and then use these items and enjoy the game this could be a bit downside but still the game has all the fun that Minecraft is all about.
  3. The interface of the game is quite simple and one will get through the learning process within no time. The game has been transformed a lot while getting from the PC to the smartphone but still it is enough to finish off the craving people have of Minecraft.
