Kid Cudi reveals that he auditioned for a role in the Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The rapper stated that he had auditioned for the Star Wars but could not get a role.

Well what do you know, the cast of Star Wars: The force Awakens could have included a rapper. Kid Cudi who is best known for his Man on the Moon trilogy albums has recently revealed some exciting news.

He revealed on his Twitter that he auditioned for a role in the movie. This all happened after Cudi had tweeted about Kylo Ren. Kylo Ren is the villain in the new film. So once of Cudi’s followers wrote back that Cudi should have a role in the Star Wars. To this Cudi replied that he had actually tried out for the film.

Kid Cudi stated that he had auditioned and the whole experience was just amazing. He stated that he was more than happy to be in the room and try. Kid Cudi known as a musician, has appeared before in several acting roles.

Some of his acting credits include HBO’s How to Make It In America, Need For Speed and the Entourage movie. Currently the rapper is working on his upcoming album Speedin Bullet to Heaven. The album will be his fifth. Cudi has already released its first single ‘Confused’ last month.
