iPad Pro starts at $799 and ships in November

Apple unveiled the iPad Pro featuring a 12.9-inch Retina screen with updated touch sensors. The iPad Pro is still very thin at 6.9mm.

Other features include A9X CPU power, four speakers, 10 hour battery life and 8MP camera.

The iPad Pro 32GB sells for $799. The LTE option is only avaialble on the 128GB model selling for over $1,000. Apple offers the Apple Pencil and the smart keyboard as accessories for $99 and $169 respectively.

The iPad Pro ships in November.

Apple also unveiled the new iPad mini 4. It features the iPad Air 2 performance in the small form factor.

The Apple keynote will be streamed live starting at 10am PDT. The Apple Live stream works via Apple's HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) technology. HLS requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with Safari on iOS 7.0 or later, a Mac with Safari 6.0.5 or later on OS X v10.8.5 or later.

For the first time Apple events can be streamed on a PC. It works with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Streaming via Apple TV requires a second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 6.2 or later.

The live Apple Event stream is available on Apple.com.
