Don't Miss: This How to find Fingerlings in Stock

A story of Apple adding a pinch of humor into the Apple Watch support documents is going viral. Who spotted NE VE RG ON NA GI VE YU UP in the Add Friend screenshot first? We have an answer.

If you read your Apple News today you get rickrolled. Yes. It is like 2010 all over again. Apple has hidden a Rick Astley easter egg in a support document for the Add Friend feature on the Apple Watch.

The Add Friend screen shot features initials that when put together assemble (NE VE RG ON NA GI VE YU UP ) the title of Rick Astley's infamous Never Gonna Give You Up song.

TNW also found a Rickroll joke on an iPhone support page. This one is more obvious. The Add Friend rickroll is more subtle and harder to spot.

There is the question of who spotted the Apple Rickroll first. We did some digging in social media. Most Tweets about the Apple Rickroll joke started about 5 hours ago. There is though one Instagram post that is 16 hours old, that stands alone.

Jason Davis (@pissedOffgamer) posted an image of the Rickroll Apple Watch screen 16 hours ago.
