The listing on Amazon leaked specs of the upcoming Nexus phone

The release date for both Nexus phones is quickly drawing nearer. It means that leaks and speculations are not in a mood to stop.

The most recent one came to us through the courtesy of Amazon India's site. The postings for the 16GB LG Nexus 5X have gone live.

The postings confirm that the Nexus 5X will run a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor clocked at 1.8GHz, a 2700mAh battery, a 5.2 inch IPS LCD Full HD display, and a 12.3MP shooter on the back with a 5MP camera on the front.

Amazon's specs likewise specified a 177g weight and a 15.4 x 1 x 7.6 cm dimension, and validate the LG-H791 model number that we saw on past leaked pictures of the device.

The posting noticed 2GB of RAM. Amazon just records the 16GB Nexus 5X, yet we know it will likewise be available with 32GB of internal memory.

As LG has been known to do with some of its phones, it might be that the 16GB will get 2GB of RAM, and the 32GB will get the higher 3GB.

Of course, this is just speculation on our part. We'll know for sure next week. Amazon has 3 separate postings for the 16GB Nexus 5X, in 3 unique colors: the known Quartz White which has leaked already, the fairly expected Charcoal Black color, and intriguing Ice Blue shading.

Update: Amazon has pulled the listing
