Alfonso Ribeiro is back again on Dancing With The Stars Season 21. Last week he was a guest judge, now he is hosting. The reason is a sad one.

Alfonso Ribeiro is back on Dancing With the Stars. The beloved Fresh Prince from Bell Air actor and his partner Witney Carson won season 19 of Dancing With the Stars a year ago. DWTS co-host Tom Bergeron announced on Twitter that he will miss Monday's DWTS episode because he stays with his ailing father.

He wrote: "I'll miss 2morrow's #dwts to be at my Dad's bedside. He's given me a lifetime of support. Time to return the favor."

Alfonso Ribeiro is replacing Tom Bergeron and will co-host along Erin Andrews. Ribeiro has announced to replace Tom Bergeron on Twitter just hours ago. He said: "I will be filling in for @tom_bergeron tomorrow night on @dancingabc. I will be there with a heavy…" linking to an Instagram of Tom Bergeron with his father, that Bergeron shared in his Tweet earlier.

It is a sad reason why Ribeiro is back on DWTS, but it should be a memorable episode. Speaking of memories, the them of tonights DWTS episode is "Most Memorable Year."

It's the most moving night of the season when the stars reveal their most memorable years says ABC. The celebrity contestants of DWTS Season 21 include Gary Busey, Tamar Braxton, Nick Carter, Paula Deen and Bindi Irwin.

Dancing With the Stars airs 8/7c on ABC.

Alfonso Ribeiro will host the season premiere of America's Funniest Home Videos on October 11 next.
