Jeremy Clarkson shares a snap from the filming of the new Amazon Prime car show.

The former Top Gear hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May don't waste time and already started filming for their new car show on Amazon Prime. The deal got signed end of July and the new show is set to air in 2016.

Jeremy Clarkson shared a photo from the set at a race track. The three car guys stand in front of three supercars. It appears that the trio will open the new Amazon Prime car show with a bang, pitting the Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1, and Porsche 918 Spyder against each other. Looks like nothing has changed from the Top Gear days, which is a good thing.

The BBC is meanwhile working on the new season of Top Gear hosted by Chris Evans. The latest news from Top Gear is that Chris Evans will host the show alone. There have been lots of rumors of a female co-host. The BBC reports that the Stig is staying for sure. Chris Evans said in Cannes at the Mipcom TV trade show that the new Top Gear season will be a total revamp. Which sounds like the right thing to do, as the former Top Gear hosts apparently are going to do the same thing they did on Top Gear on Amazon Prime.
