The comeback of Justin Bieber was without scandal so far. Nude photos of the singer from his vacation in Bora Bora changed that.

Justin Bieber landed a huge hit with his new song "What do You mean." Billboard just announced that the song broke the record for longest number 1 on the Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks. The 21-year-old singer definitely earned a vacation, but he still makes headlines.

Nude photos of him vacationing in Bora Bora surfaced Wednesday online. Bieber is enjoying some pool time on a private deck with model friend Jayde Pierce. First outlet that published the nude Bieber photos was the New York Daily News. Now Justin Bieber's lawyers go after the site to have the photos taken down.

The Hollywood Reporter obtained the letter. It was sent right after the photos surfaced and demanded a take down within 12 hours. The nude photos are still online on the New York Daily News site.

Even if the New York Daily News takes the photos down, they are already wide spread on the web. It is not clear yet if Bieber's legal team will take this to the next level.
