Don't Miss: This How to find Fingerlings in Stock

BlackBerry Priv handled unofficially by a Reddit user.

BlackBerry Priv has not really been in the news apart from the gossipy tidbits and rumors from time to time.

But now shockingly, a user on Reddit got a phone unofficially in his hand and revealed a lot about this mysterious new device.

Until now, we have only seen BlackBerry’s CEO handling the phone and this is quite a bit of a surprise. In the initial rumors it was suggested that the weight of the device is more than that of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

But, the pictures now suggest that Priv is reportedly thinner than the Note 5. Note 5 weighs a total of 171g. Moreover, the BlackBerry Priv is a slider phone with 5.4 inch screen.

The screen has an expected sharp Quad HD resolution and it has a 2.5D curved glass on the sides. The Priv’s slider is smooth and comfortable and has a good attraction for the touch screen oriented people.

When sliding up the screen, it does not throw off the weight balance of the phone so typing on the hardware keyboard is comfortable.

The phone also has an on-screen keyboard for quick typing, when the slider is closed. If compared to the Galaxy Phablet, the 18MP camera of the BlackBerry takes longer to focus in the dark.

The BlackBerry Priv will come with Google Play Services although the customization options are not yet clear.
