HTC One A9 looks like an iPhone knock off.

When it comes to the promotion of your brand new upcoming devices, what’s better than comparing it with the public eye-candy-iPhones?

This time around, it is not Samsung or Sony pushing some public stunt against iPhones in order to promote their device, HTC is also in the game now.

HTC in order to create enthusiasm among fans for its upcoming One A9 phone and to protect its devastating economic conditions, is claiming that the new phone will be a good substitute for iPhones.

CEO Cher Wang in his letter to the employees said that the phone will be a perfect balance between performance, good looks and simplicity.

This means that all the attributes will make it perfect to replace with your iPhone. The CEO further claimed that the new phone will make HTC employees proud too.

One A9 is expected to be uncovered in New York today. Just last week the device was accidentally listed on French carrier Orange’s Website.

The specifications which were leaked includes a 5-inch FHD (1080p) display and Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The phone has a 4MP selfie camera and a 13MP back camera.

One A9 will be priced at around $686.
