Xbox Stutters When Playing Fallout 4

A moment of silence for Xbox fans.

Digital Foundry is once again in its comparison business, and the most recent game which came under its wrath is none other than Fallout 4.

For those who have heard a bunch of good things about the game already and are stunned; there is no need to be! Fallout 4 is the talk of the town nowadays.

Normally, the PC form of the game is absolutely perfect and fun to play. Also, on the off chance that you have the right hardware behind it, you will have an extraordinarily great time.

As usual, while the PC version is the king for playing the game, the red zone belongs to consoles.

As per the reports, the PlayStation 4 version is better than its opponent- the Xbox One.

The two renditions are indistinguishable on the figures front. Both keep running at 1080p, and both maintain 30fps.

However, Digital Foundry has highlighted that it has discovered some "stuttering" issues in the Xbox One that do not exist in the PlayStation 4.

According to the report entering new areas send long pauses to the game and even when switching weapons, users will have to face lots of problems.

The report also said that the heavily populated areas like the gates of Diamond City shows Xbox One dropping to a record 0fps (zero) while PS4 turns the same corner at 28fps.

The report highlighted that both gaming platforms have their weaknesses but majority of the time “we get sizable stutters on Microsoft’s console that aren’t present on PS4.”

Another Digital Foundry article also suggested that if Xbox One is attached to a solid-state hard drive and then port the games file over, the stuttering issue will decrease big time.

Fallout 4 released on= November 10, Tuesday, across Australia, UK, and North America. On its launch day it broke user records for a non-Valve game on Steam.

It has been really popular among the audience too.
