2017 Audi Q7 Starting Price Rises to $55,750

All-new Audi Q7 will go on sale early next year at starting price of $55,750. The 2017 Q7 model costs $6,500 more than the 2015 model released in the US.

The second-generation Audi Q7 made its debut last winter. The price tag for the upcoming model was kept under wraps. Now Audi has revealed the Q7 will be worth a whopping $55,750. The price of the 2017 Q7 model is $6500 more than the 2015 model.

The Q7 2015 model only cost $49,225 in the US, while a 2016 model was not introduced in the US. The extra cash for the 2017 model has been charged due to big updates. The 2017 Audi Q7 will come with an MLB platform which cuts he weight by 475 pounds. The addition of the aluminum suspension components reduces the unsprung mass.

The Q7 also has the standard Audi Pre Sense City safety system. The safety system can automatically begin braking if a crash seems imminent. The interior has been updated with a virtual cockpit system and a color head-up display.

Additionally a 23-speaker Bang & Olufsen stereo has also been added. The Audi Q7 will be the second generation of the seven passenger SUV to be introduced in the US.

The Q7 has been equipped with a 3.0 TFSI V6 engine. The engine generates 333 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque. The Q7 will be available in three editions. The first edition is the Premium Q7 with a price tag of $55,750.

Then the Premium Plus for $59,750 is the second edition. Lastly the third edition Prestige is available for $65,250. The Audi Q7 will be available in the US from January 2016.
