Samsung Galaxy S7 expected release date is February 21 2016

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is reportedly going under different tests in the US. The news came through the courtesy of the most famous and reliable leakster @evleaks.

According to him, the two versions of the handset, model no., SM-G930A and SM-G935A are the expected Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge.

Both the devices are under testing at AT&T. The recent speculation can be considered true or near to the truth because of the recent rumor which stated that the flagship devices would be announced on February 21 2016.

The date is only a day before the much awaited 2016’s Mobile World Congress. As far as the specifications are concerned, there is not much we know about the devices yet.

But, there have been several rumors regarding the built of the device. As per them, the device would be have a complete magnesium build.

It will also have a USB Type-C port, and will come with3D Touch-like features. A recent report also reveals that nearly half of the units of the Galaxy S7 will be powered by the Samsung’s next generation Exynos 8890 chipset.

While, as per the rumors the other half of the units will be powered by the famous Snapdragon 820.
