Some users report that the iPad Pro won’t wake after charging.

A few days ago, we came across the news that some of the iPad Pro users’ are complaining about an issue with the device.

The complaint was in a form of thread on a popular networking site, Reddit and even on the Apple Support Communities.

The known problem is that when users plug their iPad Pro and it is fully charged, the device becomes completely unresponsive.

The screen goes blank, dead and the effort to restart the device are fruitless for some time.

Practically, this means that once your tablet is fully charged, it needs to be unplugged instantly or else you will have to suffer with the black screen.

Apple has now affirmed that the problem is existent on many devices. The company claims that it is looking into the situation very closely.

Apple on its website posted a complete instruction saying that if your iPad Pro doesn't respond when you press buttons or tap on the screen, and the screen is black.

The temporary answer is to force reset the tablet by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

As far as the reach of problem is concerned, there is no specific factor indicating it. Both 32GB and 128GB models are affected.

Some users are complaining that the issue is not with the tablet but with iOS 9.1. The iPad Pro owners will have to bear the pain till Apple figures out what the problem is.
