Redmi Note 3 With Aluminum Body And Finger Print Sensor Announced

Much awaited Redmi Note 3 is unveiled with flagship specs but a low price.

Xiaomi, the Chinese mobile manufacturing company, just revealed the Redmi Note 3 in China.

The new device is much more appealing and alluring in the design and specifications than the previous version.

Redmi Note 3 has a full metallic body. It also has a whopping, satisfactory 4000mAh battery and a fine fingerprint sensor.

As mentioned above, the metallic Note 3 has a full aluminum unibody. The design of the device consists of curved edges and 120-point ultra-fine twofold sided sandblasting.

The device has a dimension of 8.65mm at the thickest side. Redmi Note 3 weighs 164g; it is 4g greater than the previous version.

The much talked-about fingerprint sensor is situated on the back. As per Xiaomi’s claims the sensor can unlock your device in just 0.3 seconds, which, if true is impressive enough.

We are yet not confirm if the fingerprint sensor will only unlock the device or it will open the apps too. Other specifications of the device are also an update from the previous version.

Note 3 has a 5.5-inch 1080p display. It is powered by MediaTek Helio X10 processor with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.

The storage models vary, depending upon the model you select to buy. There is a 13MP camera on the back with a phase detection autofocus.

Connectivity options include 4G dual SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and MIUI 7 support. The phone is available currently available in China only.

It is priced at RMB 899 ($140) for the basic 16GB model. There is also an option for 32GB model which is available at RMB 1099 ($172).

Redmi Note 3 has three hue options; silver, gold, and gray to choose from.
