Reports surface of a mass shooting in San Bernardino.

Local news stations report of 20 victims by an active shooter in San Bernadino, California.

A tweet from the San Bernardino Fire Department initially reported a "20-victim shooting." The shooting started at the 1300 block of South Waterman Avenue at 11:15am.

The details are unclear. It is total chaos at the moment. KTLA5 (SKY5) has a live report online. The latest is that there are three shooters. Sky5 has now live helicopter video footage from the area.

The place of the shooting is a facility for autism, which makes this even more confusing. At this point it is not clear if this is a terrorist attack.

Police warn not to go near the area. SWAT teams have moved in to try to take out the shooters at the moment.
