The Doritos Super Bowl Ad competition celebrates its 10th anniversary at the Super Bowl 50. The 50 semifinalist ads have been announced.

It is true. You can watch the Doritos Super Bowl 2015 Ad now. Only problem is to know which one of the 50 semifinalist ads will air during the Super Bowl 50. Doritos announced 50 semifinalists in the 10th Crash the Super Bowl contest, double the number from last year.

The three finalist ads in the Doritos Super Bowl 50 ad competition have been announced. The voting is live now.

The semifinalist ads were selected from a total of nearly 4,500 ads submitted from 28 countries around the world. Since early September, fans have been creating and submitting 30-second homemade Doritos advertisements.

The prize of this year's "Crash the Super Bowl" is the chance to see their ad air during the Super Bowl 50 broadcast, $1 million in cash and the opportunity to collaborate with Zack Snyder while working with Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Entertainment. Snyder is the director of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," due to hit theaters March 25, 2016. Don't miss the new trailer that got released on Dec. 3, it is breath taking.

Each of the 50 announced semifinalists gets a $2,000 award. Doritos has published all 50 ads online. There are numerous ads that made me laugh watching. It takes 25 minutes to watch all 50. It is a very entertaining 25 minutes. My favorites include "Ultrasound", "Have you met Stacy?", "Toll Booth", and "The New Kid."

An internal panel will select the three finalists. Doritos will announce these commercials in early January 2016. You then can vote for the best ad. The ad with the most fan votes, will air during the Super Bowl 50 broadcast, scheduled for Feb. 7, 2016 on CBS.

While the creator of the winning ad will walk away with $1 million and a gig with Zack Synder, the two runner ups will each get $100,000.

Doritos is ending the Crash the Super Bowl contest. Since its beginnings, the contest has received more than 36,000 consumer submissions and handed out more than $7 million in prize money. The consumer created Doritos Super Bowl ads managed each year to be among the best ads, and often made into the top 10 of Super Bowl ad rankings.

Super Bowl 50 will take place on February 7, 2016, in Santa Clara, at the Levi's Stadium. The stadium is the home of the home of the San Francisco 49ers. Super Bowl 50 will be topping all previous Super Bowl's because of the anniversary. Marketers are flocking to Super Bowl 50 and it will be a huge TV event.

The Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show act will be announced tonight during the Green Bay-Detroit game.

CBS is the lucky TV network to broadcast Super Bowl 50. The Super Bowl 2016 game will be preceded by a weeklong series of public events held throughout the Bay Area.
