Letv to Launch in U.S. during CES 2016
  • Letv announces its US launch to take place at the CES 2016!

To everyone’s surprise Letv also announced a partnership with automaker Aston Martin.

Earlier in 2015 Letv entered the smartphone world by launching three ‘Le Superphone’ devices. The devices were named Le 1, Le 1 Pro and Le Max back in April. A few weeks ago, Letv also unveiled the Letv Le 1s.

The Letv devices are all very sleek with powerful processors. Previously Letv also opened a store in the US by the name of LeMall. The store sells the company’s 6-inch phablet, however the Letv smartphones are still not available in the US.

It seems all that is about to change according to a recent Letv press release. According to Letv they will be making an appearance at the Consumer Electronics Show 2016.

The actual statement by Letv was that they will be launching in the US via CES 2016, reported AH. At least consumers can hope Letv will be introducing their smartphones through the electronics event.

Although Letv is relatively new in the market, its devices have been selling at a good rate. Letv sold more than 1 million devices in November 2015 alone.

The Letv devices are also increasingly popular in China. During the CES announcement Letv also announced their new partnership with Aston Martin.

The partnership with the automaker was a surprise to everyone involved. Letv has not released all of the details surrounding the partnership. However we can safely assume all will be revealed at the CES 2016.

Reports have been suggesting Letv has been pushing to enter the US and Indian smartphone markets. The CES platform is the most probably the point of entry for Letv in the US market. Even though the US market may prove to be harder to crack at first for Letv, time will tell all.
