The same source claims LG will unveil the expected metal device LG G5 in April 2016.

The rumor mill has some very interesting news for LG fans. It seems LG will not debut the G Flex 3 at the Consumer Electronics Show. Previously it was expected LG would unveil the device at the CES 2016.

A source has posted some very interesting news on a South Korean web portal called Daum (via GForGames). According to Daum LG will not unveil a successor to the G Flex 2 at the CES 2016.

It was speculated the LG G Flex 3 might be unveiled by LG at the event. The source does not say if the idea of a G Flex line up has been eliminated. The curved devices in the G Flex line may get a successor later in 2016.

Similarly the same source further unveiled more news on LG products. According to the unnamed source LG will unveil the LG G5 sometime in late April 2016.

The LG G4 had its debut in April 2015. So the G5 is likely to make the rounds in the same time window next year. Other sources have related the G5 will be a metal bodied device.

The LG G5 will come with Qualcomm's promising Snapdragon 820 chipset. The device will also be fitted with Adreno 530 GPU. Even the screen will be bigger than the G4 with a 5.6-inch Quad HD display. The G5 will also feature a 21MP camera at the back and an 8MP one up front.

The Daum also mention LG will release a sequel to the dual-screen LG V10 in the mid of 2016. The sequel will be better in many ways without the faults of the predecessor.
