Hollywood scrambled to get coveted VIP tickets to the premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens in LA on December 14. Apparently there have been 3,000 tickets.

The Red Carpet of the Star Wars premiere was a mix of Hollywood's most famous actors and film makers, but also people I have never heard of. Many were able to bring their whole family with young kids. Just imagine the bragging rights these kids have the next day in school. They have seen Star Wars Episode VII first.

The stars attending the Star Wars premiere included besides the Star Wars actors and producers, Matthew McConaughey, Seth Green, Karrueche Tran, Andy Serkis, Steven Spielberg, Kelly Rohrbach, Sofia Vergara, Spike Lee and Geena Davis.

We have compiled the best photos from the Star Wars: The Force Awakens Premiere.

The new Star Wars movie will be in theaters on December 18. It will be likely the biggest opening weekend in history.
