  • CES 2016: Espial announced the launch of a new professional sports app developed by OneTwoSee for its G4 STB client!

The Sport apps will be based on the RDK and HTML5 to enhance the TV sports viewing experience.

Today Espial announced it will be coming to the CES 2016. At the CES Espial will unveil exciting new applications for its G4 STB Client. The apps to be showcased next month will be based on the RDK and HTML5.

For the apps, Espial partnered with the technology company OneTwoSee. Together they will deliver value add applications in conjunction with live sporting events.

The apps will help subscribers to tackle cord-cutting and increase revenue. According to Espial the apps will transform the sports viewing experience worldwide.

Espial will demonstrate a professional sports application developed by OneTwoSee at CES 2016. The app enhances the live game viewing experience by syncing real-time team/player stats.

The app also synchs the injury reports, win probability and other functions for viewing. Chris Reynolds is the CEO of OneTwoSee. According to Reynolds consumers and fans demand more info while watching sports.

The app by OneTwoSee and Espial enables operators to engage and monetize their audience through any screen. The G4 Client by Espial enables the creation of new applications and services.

Espial claims they want the user experience to be personalized. The app by Espial and OneTwoSee is a breakthrough in the sports viewing industry.

The unnamed pro sports app will be officially unveiled at CES 2016. The CES 2016 has been organized by the CTA for the last 40 years. CES 2016 will see 3600 exhibitors and 150,000 attendees. The event will take place in Las Vegas and last from the 6th to the 9th of January, 2016.
