CES 2016: Synaptics to Showcase Latest Human Interface Technology
  • Synaptics will display their latest Human Interface Technology at CES 2016!

Several new solutions in the automotive, wearable and gaming industry will be demonstrated.

Recently Synaptics announced their plan to arrive at CES 2016. Synaptics will preview their updated Human Interface Technology at the exhibition. Several new solutions will be showcased which push the boundaries of human interface technology.

Synaptics will demonstrate its reach beyond the mobile and PC markets. The solutions will be based on the automotive, wearable, gaming and other emerging industries.

According to Rick Bergman the CEO of Synaptics, they are excited for CES 2016. For the past year Synaptics has been working to deliver the most advanced set of solutions.

Several new concept prototypes will be showcased by Synaptics. Automotive Solutions will include demos which incorporate human interface technology.

It will include force sensing and touch inputs on the steering wheel and center console. Similarly the Fingerprint Under Glass a biometrics concept will be shown.

The concept demonstrates a Natural ID fingerprint authentication solution. It is designed to operate through cover glass, enabling button-free industrial designs.

Force technology is a new approach to touch solutions. It uses the ClearForce technology to show how force can be applied to mobile, wearable and automotive applications.

The Hover-enabled Touch works on the same principle with hover-enabled touch interaction. All of Synaptics’ solutions will be showcased in a private meeting space LVCC, South Hall 2, #MP25841.

The Consumer Electronics show 2016 is arranged by the CTA in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Consumer Technology Association has been the benefactor of CES for the last 4 decades.

The CES 2016 will proceed from the 6th until the 9th of January, 2016. Over 3600 exhibitors from around the world will showcase their latest technologies.
