  • CES 2016: Miniwing Technology to introduce bike camera Camile!

The Camile bike cam can be attached to bike handles for riders to record their routes throughout the ride.

Miniwing Technology will introduce Camile bike camera at CES 2016. The Camile bike cam can be easily secured on any bike handlebar. It can capture images or record in HD.

The camera has a resolution of 1080p/30fps HD and a video resolution of 720p/60fps. The Camile makes a video through a 149-degree wide-angle lens.

The video can record every wonderful moment or document safety concerns of the ride. The Camile also features Bluetooth enabled GPS and can even accept/reject calls.

MiniWing has developed the new Camile sports camera especially for cyclists. Cyclists can now easily capture the beauty of their ride. Documenting their ride will allow them to analyse unforeseeable incidents.

The footage can be immediately downloaded, viewed or streamed with any mobile device. The Camile was launched on the crowd-funding site Indiegogo in December 2015.

The Camile bike camera can also display the speed of travel, local time and the mileage of a trip. The Camile bike camera also notifies about an incoming call, or allows the rider to reject a phone call.

All such information is displayed on the LED screen of the Camile cam. There are three indicator lights on the Camile cam. The lights indicate battery life, video recording and connections to WiFi or Bluetooth.

The Camile cam has a built-in rechargeable 1200mAh lithium battery. The cam supports 3 hours video recording and up to 16 hours of still photos.

In 2016 over 3600 exhibitors will attend the Consumer Electronics Show to display their products. The CES 2016 will carry on from the 6th until the 9th of January, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
